Nicole Roberts is this year’s RES PTO President. Nicole started her involvement with the RES PTO two years by co-chairing the Dance-a-thon, and served as our Secretary last year. Her son, Isaac, is 7 years old and in second grade this year. She is an occupational therapist and is a professor in the occupational therapy program at Saint Joseph’s University. Nicole and her family are Philadelphia sports fans and love watching the 76ers, Eagles, and Phillies. She is looking forward to having fun with the RES community this school year!
New to the district in 2020, Brittany jumped head first into the RES PTO world. Her son, Graham, is in 4th grade and her daughter, Clara, is in 7th grade. She is in her second year as VP, has chaired the Book Fair and Yearbook at RES for the last three years, and helps at every event & fundraiser she can. Brittany also serves as secretary for the Spring-Ford 5-8 Home & School Association. She loves golfing, watching the Eagles win, relaxing with her dogs, playing board games with her family, and supporting other families who have children with special needs. She is determined to make this the best year ever before her time at RES comes to a bitter-sweet end when her son moves on to 5th grade.
Kat first joined the RES family back in 2015 when her now 9th grade son entered kindergarten, and is in her second year as the treasurer. Her middle son just left RES to go to 5th grade, but luckily her daughter is entering kindergarten this school year at RES. She and her husband are both Spring-Ford School District alumni. Back when there were far less buildings within the district, her mother and all 8 of her siblings even attended Spring-Ford. Over the years, she has slowly become more involved in the RES PTO while her children attend our wonderful school. Kat has worked in accounting since 2012, currently working for CHOP's Research Institute learning the intricacies of the research world.
Stephanie became a part of RES when her oldest daughter, Kenley, started kindergarten in 2022. This year Kenley will be in 2nd grade and her middle daughter, Ellie, will be starting kindergarten. She also has a son named Carson who is 3 years old. Stephanie started volunteering when Kenley was in kindergarten and officially joined the PTO as secretary this year. She also is the assistant volleyball coach for the Springford High School girls varsity team. She hopes one day to also coach her children here at Springford. Stephanie is also a die hard Philly sports fan. She is very excited for another great year here at Royersford Elementary.
